And here she is — the biggest little rebel of this collection, the one that tested our patience and made us reconstruct her FOUR times.

The fact that a garment often needs several rounds of refinement during the creative process is nothing unusual for us. However, having a design demand four complete transformations is something we rarely encounter.

But after thinking about it more carefully, perhaps the dress itself was not the one to blame — maybe it was the person “conducting” its creation process.

Because for many years, I have followed one simple rule when creating collections: “Do not add a garment to the collection that you would not want to welcome into your own wardrobe.”

And this rule always does its job.

The three versions that came before this dress did not have anything truly wrong with them. But if, while looking in the mirror wearing a new piece, you cannot say something genuinely wonderful about it — then it simply does not deserve a place in the collection.

And so, on the fourth attempt, she was born — the “little” black dress with beautiful, subtle details on the cuffs (which can also be turned inside out).

Modest, yet perfectly ready to let a woman shine when styled with elegant shoes and a clutch.

This is a piece that, after wearing it to a celebration, will not need to spend months waiting in your wardrobe for another special occasion. Quite the opposite — it is so easygoing and versatile that it will happily wait to become part of your everyday outfits.
