• If you received an item that doesn’t fit/isn’t to your liking/doesn’t sit right/doesn’t look right on you, has a manufacturing/fabric defect we missed, or isn’t what you expected – let us know by dropping an email at: sales@viktorijos.lt, you can return the item within 14 days of the delivery date.
• The returned item must be undamaged, unworn, and must have all required and attached tags.
• You can bring your return to our boutique at M.K. Paco g. 13, Vilnius, Tue-Fri – 11am-7pm, *Sat – 11am-4pm. Working hours are shortened by one hour on pre-holiday days, and the boutique rests on holidays.

Returns in Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia
You can return an item that didn’t work out for you via a DPD PARCEL LOCKER – regardless of package size (XS-L), the shipping cost for V&V customers is only €2.00 (in Lithuania).
You were informed about the option to return your parcel via a DPD parcel locker by SMS (upon receiving your parcel), where clicking the active link and paying for the shipping service will get you the parcel’s PIN code. Enter this code at any DPD parcel locker convenient for you – print out the parcel label and place your return inside.
If you’d like to make a return from Latvia or Estonia (€5.00), you can likewise send the item that didn’t work out via any DPD PARCEL LOCKER convenient for you.
Please include a filled-out return form in your parcel, which you received along with your shipment. On the form, mark whether you want to return or exchange the item, indicate your first and last name, order number, the items being returned, their sizes, and the reason why your haul didn’t make you happy.

Once your parcel arrives back, we’ll refund your money within the next 5 business days.
Returns from other countries
Please send the item that didn’t work out to us by registered mail and drop us the parcel’s tracking number at: sales@viktorijos.lt.

Exchange
We’re happy to do an exchange, as long as we have something in stock to exchange your item for. An exchange is only possible for a different size or a different color of the same garment.
To request an exchange, please first send an email to: sales@viktorijos.lt and wait to hear whether we’ll have something to exchange your item for. If we have to disappoint you – feel free to go ahead with a return, and your money will go back to your account.
Exchanges follow the same process as outlined above under RETURNS (sending via parcel locker – in Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, or by registered mail from all other countries). Once we receive your parcel, we’ll immediately send the exchanged item to the address provided in your order.
