„Sailing“ shirt

This set was supposed to “land” at the top of the Summer/26 collection’s first-batch list, since practically the whole Summer/26 collection “parade” was set in motion by the vision of it.

But… since we dyed the fabric in the shade we needed, which this time turned out to be “terribly capricious” – and only gave in after several attempts – once you add up that tiny piece of fabric’s back-and-forth journey between Lithuania and Italy, it turns out it didn’t make it in time to “jump” onto the first-batch train.

But. Given the “Sailing” set’s lightness, the fabric’s weightlessness, and its very midsummer shade, we didn’t dramatize the fact that it’s going into the second batch.

The shirt is made from an already tried-and-tested fabric with a light crinkle texture, which you saw last Summer in the “terracotta” suit “look.”

It’s so fuss-free to wear and care for that it perfectly fits the “wash-dry-wear” plan.

And can there be anything better than a beautiful and stylish garment with an extremely modest care reminder thrown in as a bonus?

So go ahead and pack it into your holiday suitcases, and once you’ve reached your destination – let it hang and sway on a hanger overnight – if it hasn’t been sitting in the suitcase for too long, after a night on the hanger it’ll be ready to dress you and let you soak up impressions by the handful.
