“Chrome” wide-leg trousers

I once shared how I went from being someone who didn’t love wide-leg trousers to becoming one of their most loyal fans and almost daily “promoters.”

After going through my favourite outfits, I realised that in both my warm-season and cooler-season wardrobes, wide-leg trousers have already taken the lead over slim-leg styles.

And how could they not, when they are both comfortable and stylish?

For these trousers, we chose a cosy and warm fabric that we know very well and often use in our cooler-season collections. The reason we love it so much is the incredibly soft brushed layer on the inside — which is why garments made from this material are often described by you as some of the cosiest and most pleasant pieces to wear against the skin.

Whenever we add trousers to a collection, my eyes somehow automatically start searching for the answer to: “But what should I wear them with?”

I try to calm myself down: “That blouse could work,” “Maybe this sweater would match…” — but until I create a perfectly coordinated top from the same fabric, I simply cannot find peace with myself.

Because then the image of an “easy morning” appears — when all those “maybe this, maybe that” options turn out to be not quite right, and standing in front of the mirror, you can almost read the rule you promise yourself to remember every time you create:
