“Amigo” Denim Jacket

I really want to begin the story of this suit with its “prehistory” — with why it simply had to be reborn.

The predecessor of the “Amigo” suit first appeared on our creative horizons in 2023. I use the word “appeared” because these sets disappeared so quickly that some ladies were left wondering: “Was it already released, or is it still coming?”

They were gone almost instantly, yet the few who managed to get their hands on them continued to be noticed on the streets for a long time — and always with compliments.

I have even heard this observation about the suit:

“If I usually notice other V&V pieces only after coming closer, THAT DENIM ONE can be recognised from very far away.”

And another compliment that reached my ears from those who owned it was that this suit belongs to the category of garments you wear until they literally become worn out.

Not figuratively — literally.

And as we know, creating a hole in a rather durable denim fabric takes quite some time.

So yes — a truly exceptional garment is making its return.

In its original version, it appeared as a dark grey-black piece. This time, it comes back brighter, transformed into a softer grey-toned denim “companion.”

You may not feel overdressed wearing it, but one thing I am absolutely certain of — it will walk through everyday life with you step by step.

The most important thing? Don’t miss its return, because after becoming the “brother” of the first edition, its “cousin” may not appear again anytime soon.

The best things come in small quantities. Right?
